A MESSAGE FROM MAPx
A MESSAGE FROM MAPx
Exercising our right to vote is the most fundamental act of advocacy. We need to make a concerted effort to be aware, informed, and prepared to use our voices by voting all the way up until November 3rd. Now, more than ever, we need to be present in the political sphere.
That’s why MAPx is launching this resource-filled web page for every student and their parents to access. Here, you’ll find student-created resources regarding registration, vote-by-mail, how COVID-19 will impact voting, California propositions and measures, and local candidates on the ballot—basically, everything you need to know to be an informed voter.

SPEAKER EVENT
On October 7th at 3:30 pm, MAPx will be hosting a guest speaker event with Julia Santos, the Student Program Coordinator from the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters. We’ll be going over all the new voting processes and more, with time for questions and a student-led discussion afterwards. Here is the Zoom link. Older generations have historically turned out at a much higher rate than our. It’s time to break that cycle. This is our future.
